Onboarding & Support Specialist
The bridge between a signed deal and a partner that's ready to grow
About Us
SPICE is building the go-to platform for premium dining. We connect diners with unforgettable experiences and help top restaurants grow their loyalty and reach. We're a small team that moves fast, ships what wows, and believes every decision should create value for us, our partners, and our users.
This role is based in Riyadh. You'll be in and out of restaurants: setting up, training teams, solving problems on the spot.
About The Role
This role belongs to someone who turns a signed contract into a fully operational partnership. You'll take every new restaurant partner from "just signed" to "live on SPICE": setting up their account, training their team, and handling reconciliation. Once the partner is up and running, you hand them off to Customer Success.
You'll also be the first responder when partners have questions or issues. You follow a clear process, execute it well, and flag what needs improving.
What You'll Achieve
Own the full onboarding journey for new restaurant partners: from contract signature to go-live.
Establish clear points of contact and communication channels between SPICE and the restaurant.
Learn each restaurant's business goals and teach their team how to utilize SPICE in a simple and effective way, on & off premise.
Set up and manage the reconciliation process between SPICE and each restaurant partner: transactions, settlements, reporting.
Handle partner support: troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and resolve escalations
Follow and continuously improve the onboarding process, flagging gaps and suggesting fixes
Skills You'll Need to Bring
2–4 years in onboarding, implementation, or customer support in F&B, hospitality tech, or restaurant technology (POS or similar)
You've trained non-technical people on a product or platform before and know how to simplify complex things
Comfortable managing multiple onboardings at once without dropping any with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
Detail-oriented and process-driven: you document everything and follow through consistently
Fluency in Arabic and English: both are essential for Riyadh's market
Want to Stand Out?
Your CV is enough to apply. But if you want to show us who you are beyond it, tell us what drew you to this role and why you think you'd be great at it. Voice note, video, a few lines. Keep it you.

About SPICE
We fund restaurants with upfront capital, then drive high-value diners to their tables. No debt. No equity. No repayments. Just growth capital that turns cash into customers.
Because restaurants don't need loans :they need partners who believe in their brand, experience, and vision.
For diners, it's the app that makes every meal more rewarding : exclusive experiences, cashback, and the best tables in the city.
